Delivery

There is nothing more pleasant than to receive a beautiful flower arrangement for any occasion, and even better without an occasion!

We deliver orders from Monday through Saturday. Same day delivery is available in many regions. You can be sure of the safety of the flower arrangement, because all orders we hand deliver.

You can place an order in advance for a convenient date and time. You can specify this when placing an order.

If delivery to the specified address is impossible for some reason, we will notify you about it and, having agreed with you all the nuances, we will find a solution so that your order is delivered on time. 

You can pick up flowers directly at our shop or arrange delivery. The cost of delivery can be calculated online on the cart page by filling out the delivery form. To do this, you need to enter the full delivery address and the cost will be automatically calculated.

We usually deliver to homes from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, and to offices – from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Payment

We use Stripe payments platform to accept payments – https://stripe.com

Stripe platform accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world. Payment can be made in cash only if you pick up the order from our shop.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web-server.

Change & Cancel an Order

We can’t cancel or change orders already in process, on the way, or delivered. Orders placed for next-day delivery are processed immediately and can’t be changed or withdrawn. If you need to change an order that is not scheduled for next-day delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail or phone.

Substitution Policy

Replacement of orchids or pots is possible due to the specific season and availability. Viva Orchids will ensure that the style and color of the selected arrangement are preserved and will only replace items of similar or greater value.

Exchange Policy

We exchange for the floral arrangements that we have in stock. They will not be 100% similar to the replaced arrangement since flowers are living organisms.

Sometimes, we might change the colors, plants, or pots due to our inventory availability. We do our best to maintain the same style and color scheme, using similar or greater value items.
